Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States. Canada and UK coming soon!
How long does shipping take?
All items not marked PREORDER are in stock and ready to ship! Please allow 2 business days to process and prepare your order for shipping.
How do I track my order?
All orders come with tracking info.
Returns
How do I return an item?
We want you to love your order, but if you find yourself unhappy about something please reach out ASAP!
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. Items not marked FINAL SALE can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please send an email to shoplovelylilyandco@gmail.com to start the process. All items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in resaleable condition.
Apparel MUST have the tag attached in order to be returned or exchanged. Exchanges are available if the new requested size is in stock.
For damaged or broken items please send an email with photos to shoplovelylily@gmail.com to get the refund/exchange started.
How long does it take to process my return?
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. Please note FINAL SALE and AS IS items are not returnable.

Can I exchange for a different item?
Apparel may be exchanged for a different size as long as it is in stock. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to start the process. All items returned or exchanged must have tags attached and be in resalable condition.

Most items are here for only a limited time only which allows us to receive new items weekly!
